At Downs Motors, Ottery, we provide the best quality of service. We are members of the Retail Motor Industry Federation. This institution has a very high standards and carry's out independent checks.

We are an Warranty approved repair garage. All repairs are carried out in accordance with the Motor Industry Code of Practice.

Any repairs we undertake are charged at the best available price, we are fully aware that for some people garages can be an intimidating place to go to. We aim to make your visit as smooth and as hassle free as possible. The majority of our parts are sourced from local firms, we believe strongly in supporting small businesses.

We don’t believe gimmicks and bargain discount deals like other garages, as there can often be hidden charges that customers are unaware of until they are hit with the bill. We will always honour the quotation given unless it is out of our control.
